Here are my favorite three:
SPEAK UP
Talk to people that you trust and allow them to help you process what it is that you're feeling and get to the root of asking yourself the "why" questions. Don't allow yourself to drown in your emotions and thoughts all alone. Go to your support team.
Take note of what is real & what you feel
Yes, you may have made a mistake but that doesn't mean you're stupid. What's real? - I made an error. What's the feel? - I feel like that was dumb of me but a FACT is that I am a human being and humans make mistakes 24/7.
Develop a new response
Learn from your mistakes instead of beating yourself up. I can correct the error next time. Each day is a new day to restart, each day is a new day to try again.
At this point in the episode, I dived into my current battle with imposter syndrome and the things helping me cope.
Nehemie's Personal Jems
Do not believe that you just got lucky with being where you are now. You have the skill, the capabilities, and the mindset to thrive right where you are now.
You deserve this! You've struggled and worked hard for years.
Walk into the goodness that God has for you. He has good for you!

Our Bible Verse of Today comes from: Matthew 8:34
"Then the entire town came out to meet Jesus, but they begged him to go away and leave them alone." No matter the good you do, some may still choose to not like you and that’s weird but okay, they did it to Jesus and he spent some time warning about this so one must not get deterred.
